When do we receive the confirmation email?

You will receive two confirmation emails. One will be sent after finalizing registration. The second one will be 10 days prior to program start date. Program description, time, start date, location and equipment needed will be provided in the email.

Is there a registration deadline?

All registrations taken by Let's Go Sports  will close 7 days prior to the start of the event. Late sign ups will be charged a 10% increase on event cost.

Are there refunds for the event?

A full refund will be taken up to 7 days prior to the start of the event. A 10% penalty will be required under 7 days. No refunds will be given after the start of the event.

How do we know what equipment is needed for the event?

Two confirmation emails will be sent to you prior to the start of the event. Equipment needs will be provided in both emails!

What if the event is cancelled due to low enrollment?

You will receive a full refund if a event is cancelled due to low enrollment. Let's Go Sports will give a 15% discount on your next registration.

Will we be alerted if an event is cancelled due to weather? 

Let's Go Sports staff will send an email, phone call and make social media posts of cancellations due to weather.  Information will be provided regarding the make up date.

What if my son/daughter missed an event, can we make it up?

Unfortunately, there are no discounts or refunds given to a missed event.

Can I volunteer to be a coach for an event?

Let's Go Sports staff will lead all programs, camps, clinics and small group training. However, we do have a volunteer coaches program designed to help assist our staff. Interested parents will have to fill out a volunteer form, review the training manual and go through a training workshop prior to the start of the event.
